Thunderbird does not appear to be syncing all my folders for my Apple Mail account. Only one of my folders is showing up vs all the other ones that are in my account. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere for this.

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh. Do the missing folders appear in the list to be checked (subscribed)?
