Hello, Overall Mozilla VPN is great, and at a great price! Every so often though the VPN just automatically disconnects (I have only experienced this on mobile). It is not the end of the world, it seemed to occur less with the new update. Just wondering why this might be. Also, some feedback: I think it would be really nice to have the location selector for the VPN as a map (and the user can select the counry/city they want to connect to) instead of just a list.

Hello,

We've received a lot of reports about the VPN on Android losing connection. Rest assured our engineering team is working to fix this issue as soon as possible.

A temporary workaround at the moment would be to disable "battery-optimization" for the VPN app so it is not closed by Android OS when setting in the background.

If the issue persists, please send us a support request through the Get Help option found within the Settings of the VPN client. This way we will be able to further assist you.
