Currently, Firefox for Android does not have its own built-in PDF converter. Hopefully that will be added in the future.
For now, you can use
menu > Share
to send the page URL to another program that creates PDFs, such as "Samsung Print Service Plugin" (no need to set up any physical printers, it has Save as PDF as one of its printers).
That won't work for pages that have been customized in a way that is not included in the URL, or that require logging in. Hopefully that will be addressed with either a native feature or an extension in the future. Until then, you might need to use a different browser to capture those PDFs.
