re Thunderbird starting but crash. In Thunderbird Help > Troubleshooting Information lick on 'Copy text to clipboard' button then in this question in forum, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'. Remove all the info on fonts and printers, but do not remove anything else. Then click on 'Post REply'

this should post the crash details as links.

No. You cannot attach anything except images and images do not contain the links required to access the crash reports. Just paste the info as advise and remove everything except anything to do with crash reports. Extension info is not need, neither is fonts or printers or modified preferences.

Alternative: Help > Troubleshooting Information Locate the 'Crash Report' section right click on top crash report id. select 'Copy Link Location' Right click in this forum 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste' Repeat same action for each crash report but work from top down so they get pasted int he same order as shwon in 'crash Reports' section.
