I'm so Sorry you are dealing with this it does make it really difficult to write a short message. This is what I had to end up doing, the company who carries your service will need to do a soft reset on your phone and recheck your settings with hopes it doesn't happen again. It might be a defective phone also so they should check that while you are there just to check.
