Ver 61.0.2 (64 bit) is not honoring proxy configuration. The proxy configuration does not work if the proxy information is manually entered or pushed via GPO. The proxy is configured to use a PAC file.

Are you seeing the preferences set in about:config?

The proxy setting are showing in the config (both with GPO and manually).
