How can I work on two different laptops with the same folders (including Inbox, Sent and other)?
Is there an option to have the folders sync in a cloud or sth? My folders are already 10GB+ (stored on hard drive of one of the laptops). But I need to work on the second one with the same set of emails and folders. Especially Sent and Archive. Is it possible at all?

Use IMAP email instead of POP.
That would be an option ;) Is there a procedure how to safely migrate from POP to IMAP without loosing all the folders and their content?
Additional information is that there are currently no messages in the Sent folder on my server plus not all messages from the Inbox are stored online (some has been deleted). While all the messages are yet safely stored on my local hard drive.
