Why do I keep having problems with "Mozilla Firefox not responding' and after that message firefox starts reloading?

1. Message: "Firefox not responding"/ 2, Firefox starts reloading for sometime

3. Before the above I had a problem with script as being unresponsive Tried to download Java script but could not upload it.

Would an older Firefox help?

In future please turn on send info to Mozilla before making a post. We have no info to help you with that that would have been sent to help us understand Extensions, video card, Flash ......

Current version of Firefox is 56.0.2 Please uninstall and Download the Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Note Release date for Firefox 57 Quantum is Nov 14th
