Hi, I have a Surface and wanted to design a website using Web builder. It has taken 3 days for them to finally diagnose the problem that I needed to use firefox as my browser, not explorer and now your site says my Surface does not have the requirements to download firefox. Please help. This is nutty!

Firefox runs on Surface Pro devices with full Windows, but it can't run on Surface devices running the Windows RT variant of Windows, or whatever they call it now.

This shows you have a ARM cpu which means you have Windows 8.1 RT as was said above.

The desktop Firefox for Windows requires a regular AMD or Intel CPU that supports at minimum SSE2.
