I had an old laptop crash but was able to remove the HD and connect it externally. all files are there but OS would not boot. I am able to retrieve files and the Profile appears to be intact. the previous one was running Windows 7 with an older version of TB but the new laptop is running windows 10. There are MANY emails and addresses that are vital to my company. is there any way to retrieve or copy these into a usable format on the new system????

Move (or copy) the old profile over your new current one.

If you have already gone too far with using your new profile, maybe you can import individual mail stores and address books from the old profile and into the new one.
