why cant i access shortcuts like Ctrl+shift+C or F10 in certain page ?
I was in this website(mindanbody. com) and i cant access "inspect element " or the tools bar on top by pressing the F10 key !! I need to access the inspect element, is there a way ?

Websites can use scripts to intercept common keyboard combinations, so that might be the issue.
A single tap on the Alt key usually displays the menu bar temporarily (same as F10).
If you use the "3-bar" menu button, you should be able to access the Developer menu (similar to the Web Developer menu on the classic menu bar).
You can also have the Developer toolbar visible (Shift+F2) to open the inspector that way.
