my saved emails (I put them in folder) are all blank! Why??? These are business emails and critical! I need them back! How do I get them back???

A bunch of emails (like 15) are totally blank (saved them in a folder..now blank) and then three of them are all garbled. These date back to June 20/21/23 of 2012! I cannot lose these emails...how do I get them back..there may be more gone I have not finished going through all of them.

Right click the folder, select properties and then repair.

Then exclude your Thunderbird profile folder from "on access" scanning by your anti virus program.
