I subscribed to Mozilla VPN a few days ago, but have now learned that I can get Bitdefender's version for free. I wish to cancel Mozilla's version and, hopefully, be reimbursed.

So I guess I'm locked out now it seems, which is weird IMO as it's a very simple add on that collapses Facebook post of users I don't follow. I'm the only user as I did not make it public.

Also "This add-on has been blocked due to a violation of Mozilla's Policies by the add-on or its developer.." eh..? Does FF enforce Facebook policies now? ;-)

My issue is that I cannot appeal as I'm locked out of the URL too.

Any suggestions?

I KEEP CHOSING "ORGINAL ACCOUNT". IT KEEPS PROMPTING ME TO ""SIGN IN"". BUT IT DOESN'T GIVE ME ANY PLACE TO SIGN IN AT. THE BROWSER IS DEAD. I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THE PROBLEM FOR HOURS. MAYBE IT IS A PERMISSION, A STARTUP SETTING, THIS LAPTOP, WINDOWS 11 OR A COMBINATION OF ALL THESE THINGS. I DOWNLOADED "BRAVE" BROWSER AND IT WORKS FINE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I CAN LOG INTO MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, BUT MOZILLA IS LIKE, REALLY REALLY DEAD.

i don't recall starting it and no longer wish to support you folks since you started down the microsoft road. previously, you had a great product that was easy and intuitive to use. now, seems like users need to have a degree in computer technology or be a grand master geek. i just want the d*** app to run w/o constantly needing to fix all the foul-ups and settings that your latest updates have caused! w
