last night when i closed the system down, i had 5 spacial tabs with names, and apx 50 other tabs open, come to start the system this morning.. all gone.. nothing.. just a new firefox.. all my history.. gone... this is not good, as the 5 spacial tabs that i had where from seriten sits that need to be their,and now.. just gone.. the lot... and all the setting are correct..

This is the 3rd time I have had to post this. I am getting very frustrated. I DO NOT want the search engine within my address bar. Nothing anyone from you "community" helped to disable the search engine in my address bar. Opera, Edge, Chrome, the user can disable the search engine in the address bar. Why is Firefox so different? And difficult?

I can't log into an email from my health site called MyMercy to get lab reports, etc., using Firefox; Have to switch to Google Chrome to do it. Is Firefox aware of this issue? Please respond [edited email from community support forum]

While playing Free Games.org and Free Mahjong also on AOL Mail Firefox crashes after a few moments. I performed security scans and restarted, still crashing.

The Vertical tab AI, where you can connect your AI, is stuck on my work email. Everytime I click to go to my premium personal account it opens a new tab to use the full view option, but i dont want that. I want to use the vertical tab version. The vertical tab version does not switch accounts.

My BOA bookmark on my Firefox browser changed appearance. My BOA bookmark is one I downloaded only once I was in my BOA account and felt very certain of its authenticity. This is disturbing and frightening. I rely on that bookmark to access my finances. Did Firefox do this? I just contacted BOA and they said they did not do this. They said you most likely did this. Why would you do this? This makes me feel I would be logging into a scam site if I click on it. Why would you change the appearance of a crucial to ME site like this?

I CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN. I didn't sign UP for the VPN but I'm troubleshooting and the VPN launch happened at the same time I was denied access to Facebook. Can you FIX this problem????? It is infuriating!!!! I can SEE the page and friends can SEE the page which means it hasn't be LOCKED or deleted. I just can't access my own page - not with my phone # or email. I have been working on this since SUNDAY and I am the Press/Media liaison for a number of organizations. This SNAFU is going to get me fired if I can't get back on social media! There's GOT to be someone in your organization who can connect me with an actual human being to FIX THIS!!! PLEASE

When I open the view filters page in the adguard extension I can't find the close option to get out of it and I have to exit it from task manager in order for it to close.

I just noticed the VPN option. Previously I used another VPN, not for privacy, but to give me a UK IP address so that I could access BBC videos which are normally available only if you are in the UK, and thereby get a UK IP address. I took only the free 1 day trial, not wanting for pay for it, and it worked. However with Mozilla VPN, I still get the message 'This content is not available in your location.'.

Whenever I try to full screen in any streaming websites, it's not full screen at all. There is a little bit of space in the left-side and top-side of the screen where the other windows or applications I have can be seen (or my desktop if nothing else is open). This is not happening to other browsers. Can you please help me to fix this?

As you see I am running Windows 10 on a laptop which Microsoft said I was good for another year using this OS. Your latest download executed and after 2 reboots continuously crashes after trying to view any of the five windows a browser I had open with multiple tabs in each.
