I had been using the Mozilla Firefox VPN for a few weeks, but now it will not launch. I sign in without a problem but when I click on the VPN icon on the toolbar, nothing happens. I just get the pop-up to try the VPN and "Get Started" (see attachment).

Please advise.

How can I resolve the failure to open because it can't find the XPCOM. I downloaded a new copy but the computer insists on using the older, faulty version to open files and it will not work.

Firefox browser does not open when I click on the short cup. Instead it opens 2 small windows, one is a website I visited previously and the other is Firefox settings. Why is this happening? I have Windows 10 on my computer but that should not have anything to do with the Firefox browser or search engine not opening. When it opened the small screen that only showed Firefox settings I clicked it to open in full screen and now there is no option to make the screen smaller or exit the Mozilla support page. And, now with this full screen I can't even do a screen shot to show you what I am talking about. Does anybody know what is going on with this?

Hello, I cannot open my browser. I did try Microsoft edge and that one worked....but I want my Firefox one! I did reset my modem. Can you help me please?

According to everything I CAN see, I have Firefox 150. I am still using Windows 10 and I don't seem to have problems with that. However, I CANNOT get to the Firefox Browser. I am very frustrated with only seeing Mozilla this, Mozilla that, but not Firefox. When I go to the help section I am able to click on Firefox Browser, so I know you still have it. The main item that is very different is clicking on Firefox to open it, and then seeing 3 different ways to login. I'm at a loss, and I'm frustrated. Please help me so that I may sign in to Firefox BROWSER.

By the way, when I click on Themes-Add-ons for Firefox and choose what I think looks like PINK, it isn't pink! It's a very strange purple color. I want PINK. Thank you, RhonCa

i am using fox to open the zoom , but is not working

I wanted to refresh Firefox. When I downloaded the installer from the Mozilla website, I got this message: "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window." I finally downlaoded it from the App store and now I get this message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible."

I can't recollect doing anything lately that would have caused such a problem. I don't mess with the registry, and I don't use rogue programs. I do have a Surfshark VPN, which I disabled to download the latest version of Firefox.

I am running Windows 11 on a Dell PC, which is about 6 months old.

I didn't have any problems until reciently.

How can I fix this?

After an update minutes ago, Firefox immediately crashes on startup and crash reporter launches Rebooted computer. Launched firefox from command line with -safe-mode and -purgecaches

This is when the online help says to submit a report with the most recent bp-numbers. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

в моменте браузер перестал запускаться , я люблю твикать и оптимизировать виндовс подумал дело в ней , но переустановил виндовс скачал обновления виндовс и начал по одному шагу оптимизировать и делать настройки виндовс , по итогу настроил точно так же как и раньше , но браузер работал , скачал античит фейсит и перестал работать , сейчас переустановил виндовс не настраивал вообще только скачал браузер и античит фейсита и браузер перестал запускаться выдавая ошибку

When I try to open Firefox, I get a box saying it is open, and I must close it. I do so, and a new Firefox pops up. However when I try to close that, it won't do so.

I keep getting the Firefox download page instead of the Firefox browser on my Windows 11 computer, even though I downloaded it several times after it was accidentally knocked off by some other program. How can I get it back to the Firefox browser?

I can't open Firefox. I keep getting the message "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.". I can't find it to close. I tried uninstalling it, but I keep circling back to the same message. I tried refreshing it and again same message. I un installled Surfshark VPN, I ran Windows Defender antivirus. I am now out of ideas. I do have two profiles, but the message about deleting them is scary. I don't want to do anything until I understand what I am doing.

Windows 11; all updates are installed, Dell computer purchased in October, with AMD processor.

I have tried all suggestions from the "Firefox is already running..." page but could not fix the problem.

I don't know if this is a problem, but I have several profile folders (see image). The top one is empty, but two folders below that one, are 2 GB or more in size.

Should I delete some or any of them?
