I am on MacBook Pro Venture 13.4.1, firefox 147.0.1. How do I restore old windows with their tabs? I tried to have only one of my 5 windows (with tabs) opening every time I opened firefox. Always two opened, the second one was always the same and not one I had most recently used. Couldn't find an answer, so I went to settings and turned off "Open previous windows and tabs" and turned off firefox and back on again. Then all my windows were gone! How do I get those 5 windows back?

I have changed operating systems from windows to linux mint. I made sure to sync my profile before uninstalling, but now the profile looks to be empty. there are no saved passwords or bookmarks. This worked when I changed between different windows devices last year, but this time it seems stuck. I will check on a windows device when able, but in the meantime, are there any other ways to troubleshoot this?

In my new PC on Windows 11, I decided to install the Mozilla Firefox from the "Microsoft Store". However, unfortunately, I realized that some Add-ons (extensions) where missing from the Firefox's "Gallery of Extensions". Among them, the well known and valuable extension '"Enhancer for YouTube", which I have installed on every browser that I use. So, if I don't find a solutions for this issue, I am about uninstall the Firefox and reinstall it from Mozilla's Website..

I get defaulted to ‘update Firefox’ every time I try to open my WhatsApp chat. How do I open the chat? I keep getting back to this section without seeing my old messages

I am not able to use Mozilla Firefox on my computer. It's the only browser I have been using. When I tried logging in today, I got a pop up the said: 147.0.1 is not compatible with min version 147.0, max version 147.0. Try to reinstall. I reinstalled but no luck. Please help. I need my bookmarks.

For clarity, I am based in the UK trying to shop from the co-op supermarket which is based in the UK.

I am getting an access denied message with shop.coop.co.uk, but not with any other UK online shopping site.

I have tried all the usual suggestions like reboot, clear cache, remove proxy, and I do not have VPN.

I have downloaded the html of the message, and taken a screenshot of it as shown below. Looking into the html, there are references to Incapsula, which may suggest where the problem lies?

This problem started when I had to change my Virgin Media hub from Super Hub 2 to Hub 4 around July last year.

One suggestion that is often made is to delete cookies. However it is not clear which cookies may be relevant.

Any ideas on how to identify the source of this issue will be most welcome.

My browser is not working as it should. Several sites do not work anymore and the browser keeps crashing. I'd like to refresh the browser, but the button is missing. I tried going to troubleshooting mode, but the button is not there either.

Not sure if uninstalling would do the same thing? Just not sure what is the best way to refresh. Thanks for any help!
