Can I cause my email folders to exist in My Documents (Win8.1)?

I wish to use Win8.1 FileHistory to "ghost copy" my email folders (along with MyDocuments) onto a backup computer on my local net. Is it possible to change the location of the PROFILES folder from its AppData/Thunderbird path to a MyDocuments path? Do I simply change the Profile.ini file in some manner? Thanks...

To start Profile Manager, Winkey-R and type thunderbird.exe -p
