I am unable to get on DOD CAC enabled websites

When I try to log on to DOD (.mil) websites that are Common Access Card (CAC) enabled I am unable to log on. I get a message saying the website is not trusted and it will not allow me to add the exception.

Also, if it does go pass the initial page it will not read the certificates on my CAC.
