I am logged in in Mozilla and have Thunderbird questions. I tried to ask the question in what appears to be the Thunderbird forum. Does this require another login and password for that area? It would be a real hassle if it does... If so, I do not see an option to signup for the Thunderbird forum.

Someone tell me where to go....

mohammed.samad is only partially correct.

Only Firefox for desktop and mobile (Android) and the Firefox OS (aka B2G) is done here in https://support.mozilla.org/questions/

For Mozilla Thunderbird email client support the official forum is https://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/

A second option for Thunderbird support is at the popular unofficial mozillaZine forum. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=50 You will need to register an account to post there and new members first post needs approval to be viewed by public just so are aware.
