Been using Firefox 3.16.18, When I updated to Firefox 5.01, there was no import box to transfer my earlier bookmarks? Where can I locate them, to import them to 5.01 please. Dave

Hello, I have been using Firefox 3.16.18 version, but for suddenly it would not open at all. Decided to update to the latest version 5.01, but when I went to import my earlier Firefox bookmarks from 3.16.18, their was no box to import the old bookmarks--just from Oprah and Internet Explorer?

Can somebody help--very important to my work.

When you update or upgrade Firefox from an older version, your bookmarks and other personal data should appear in the new version without you having to do anything. Did you install Firefox 5.0.1 over 3.6.18? Or did you un-install 3.6.18 first? If you did un-install it, I hope you didn't select "remove all my Firefox data and customizations" when doing the un-install - if you did, all that data is gone.
