I saw a Firefox document on my desktop called "God" and it contained many pages of of code/smbols I could not understand. Should I delete, or is this something important perhaps?

No one in my household created this file knowingly. I'm not sure if I once saved an image by that name on the desktop and it translated into all these symbols during transmission. I've deleted it, in case it was something harmful, but left it in the recycle bin so it could be restored if it were important.

Any help would be much appreciated!

That file is not part of Firefox.

When you have Firefox as the default browser, the computer will show some files, such as HTML files, as Firefox documents even though they are not part of Firefox. A file listed as a Firefox document just means that it will be opened using Firefox.
