there is no import tool in my browser for Firefox

I've looked in settings and there is no preferences link. I cannot locate any sort of tool to import all my passwords and settings from the Chrome browser. I've even looked in bookmarks which has no bookmarks yet

On Android, one application cannot touch data of another app. You have to import passwords using desktop Firefox, then syncing.
