Hi Yvonne, I'm wondering if some security software or VPN is causing this error.

Can you try some of steps listed here: https://appuals.com/pr-end-of-file-error/

I think the 3rd option of Disable DNS over HTTPS Option could be it & turning that off could solve this. If it doesn't, then we need to know if you use a VPN & if you have an antivirus software installed like Kaspersky, Bitdefender, Avast, AVG, or Norton.
