When I close a TAB does Firefox clear all the date collected from that TAB, like when I close Firefox?

No. You might lose a few details, but the only time that Firefox clears that tab's cookies and history data is either:

(1) If the tab was in a regular window, and you have Firefox set to clear data when it closes, when you Exit Firefox

(2) If the tab was in a private window, when you close the last private window (Firefox dumps the memory-based cookie jar shared among private windows when you close the last private window)

Firefox keeps data from closed tabs for a specific time as part of Session Restore to be able to reopen a closed tab (two weeks: browser.sessionstore.cleanup.forget_closed_after). You would have to disable this undo feature but then you won't be able to reopen a tab you accidentally closed.
