I'm trying to organize my email using folders and subfolders. I created a new folder and copied (via drag and drop) over a number of sub folders but when I look in the new folder, none of the sub folders are there (and they're gone from the original location). Tried repairing the folder but that doesn't do anything.

I've accidentally lost an important folder, only to find I had unwittingly put it into another, unrelated folder. Search the general area where the sub-folders might have gone. The operating system is unlikely to have done what you're describing. Additionally, look in the Recycle bin.

Thank Fred. Spent a great deal of time seaching for the folders but didn't find any luck locating them. Then, interestingly, I created a new sub folder in the Sub folder with the missing folders and magically, all the missing folders instantly appeared right where they should be. I haven't confirmed all the folder are there but I think they are.
