Why is there so many Firefox icons and different audio things in my volume controls? They're there even if i close down Firefox process.

Nice.... ;-)) Where did you get Firefox from? Do you see the same issue under a different Windows account? Are they there after a reboot? In device manager, are the driver(s) for you audio current?

They disappear after reboot, used firefox long time now so this has been around for quite sometime just ignored it at length lol. And nope device manager there's nothing with Firefox or Mozilla at all.

Also, what is your audio setup? I have a HP dock with speakers plugged into it.

Desktop, Corsair headphones.

The issue happens with or without the headphones?

Could be related to Fission or multi-process in general and Firefox is showing a separate volume slider for each tab that plays audio.

This seems the most likely but it would not explain why the audio icons are still there after Firefox has been entirely shut down.

Are the audio drivers current?

I don't know what that means. Also, to note this multiple icons thing ONLY occurs with Firefox. No other program etc ever results in this.
