I am not sure what the first line in the previous email from Fred McD "Is there a reason you are doing that? " - makes no sense to me. here are the crash reports - the unsubmitted one has the word FAILED next to it.

I have been told to close my browser when I am done surfing the web - especially on anything to do with financial and personal information. Now you way, don't close it frequently. Does this mean I need to find a new browser in order to protect my personal and financial information? I have used Firefox for years and this has only started happening recently. Please advise

It looks like Malwarebytes is crashing Firefox on close. It blocks some files and doesn't allow to close Firefox properly.

You don't need to close a browser after banking. It's better to install this addon and close only a separated tab.
