I am trying to import 10 gig + .pst file from Outlook. I have issues. The import wizard has been running for over one hour and 50 minutes as Tbird tries to import folders and settings from my Outlook. Yes, using latest setup.exe and Yes, started with a clean install after trying to delete all references to TBird on my main drive. Using Windows 7, 16 ram; 2 T hard drive. I need phone support with an expert who understands the underlying code of Thunderbird, or some other email client that is more reliable and less prone to crashing than Outlook.

Surely, there must be someone in the US who understands Thunderbird.

Thunderbird does not have funding to offer phone support. What you have here and in other free locations is it.

The system used to report this question is indicated as being windows 10. Is the Thunderbird system really windows 7?
