Is it possible to recover a Sync account from an old email?

I no longer have access to the email I registered with and therefore cannot reset my password. The account was registered under jordan@canning.io

If you don't know the password then no. Even then you may need to respond to a confirmation email sent to the registered email address.

Resetting the password on the Sync account removes all the stored data.
