All 5 of our computers don't work with new firefox version. 55.0.3 worked fine. All fonts are now screwed up on all computers, and we can't spend all day fixing font problems. We tried switching to helvetica, times, arial, etc. and nothing works. If we can't DOWNGRADE to earlier version, I think we'll be permanently deleting firefox and using chrome or safari for all our needs (which is too bad, since we've all have a preference for firefox the last few years.....but if the fonts won't ever work, we're moving on. Many thanks for any help from the community. Trying to upload an image of what we're seeing on all computers (nothing but A's on the whole screen). Won't load in your site. It's png screen shot, but not uploading.

No idea but Firefox version 56 is the current version with a Update to version 56.0.1 later tonight/by tomorrow. fyi. May or may not fix the issue you are having. FYI: Firefox 57 (Quantum) will be major changes prob by or after Microsoft Fall Win 10 Update. http://mashable.com/2017/09/27/firefox-quantum-beta-launch/?utm_cid=hp-r-1#CBLwglkKsqqU

See if can get your versions to update further to ver 56.0.1 and report back as to problem persists or not.

Over the past few weeks this is almost like an epidemic on Mac OS.

Would you try this :

Type in the address bar about:config (press Enter) Promise to be careful, if asked) Type and look for the preference : security.sandbox.content.level and set its value to 1 (one) (default value is 3 )

Everything back to normal or still no joy  ?

OMG! That did it! We fixed all of our computers the same way. Going to reboot just to make sure, but so far so good. Thank you.
