How can I change the size of the font when viewing any folder and all of the emails in that folder? Not one individual email, just the listing of all emails. Also, can I change the size of the font on the menu bar?

Press Alt or F10 to see the menu bar, click on Tools >> Add-ons >> Extensions, there is a Options button aside of the Theme Font & Size Changer addon click on it and customize.
