I deleted and reinstalled firefox mobile ios, but multiple incorrect addresses are still there. I cannot delete or modify them.

There are no saved addresses on my firefox account that I am able to view from my desktop. The addresses appearing on firefox mobile are incorrect, and not the addresses from my contacts.

Can’t get Firefox to autofill user names & passwords on my iPad. Also, can’t enter addresses to be used later to autofill forms & not sure if it’s remembering new logins.

When I try to access my passwords I get a message that I must have a “device passcode enabled”. I don’t know what this means or where it’s located. (See image).

These features were working previously but I must have changed vital settings. When I search help I’m unable to follow the instructions because my display does not show the items mentioned.

Any help much appreciated.

My Firefox on iPhone (latest version) will pop up the sign in / password dialogue whenever I click an input field for text. It’s not detecting OTPs more than half the time, and even OTP dialogue boxes cause Firefox to try and open the Keychain and sign in, even if it’s not on the sign in page! I find this very concerning. Reinstalling Firefox doesn’t fix it and rebooting phone doesn’t fix it. Any ideas?

I would include a screen but it’s displaying personal information every time I click a text field.

When I’m on a website and I want to pay for something via PayPal it switches onto a new tab that’s blank. It won’t go to the PayPal website. Any thoughts please? Jeff

The instructions are wrong and convoluted. How can I scan a QR code if it is on the iOS device???????? Mozilla just doesn't know how to get around the iOS limitations.

I will no longer use firefox on my iPAD if I can't sync my bookmarks from my Android/Windows bookmarks.

I just downloaded dozens of photos — long press, then “add to photos” — and they are nowhere to be found. I discovered too late that I hadn’t turned on permissions for Firefox to access photos. But not once did I get a warning about that. Are those photos actually saved somewhere, or Is there any way to recover them? Either way, why did I not get a warning that Firefox couldn’t access my photos?

Question: is there a way to clear all website data except for certain ones? Like a white list.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with ios 17.1.1. I have Moziilla Firefox for iOS 126.1.

I would like to clear all private data except for Cache and Cookies on certain websites that I frequently visit, so that I don’t have to log in each time and my data from that site won’t be lost.

Currently I have to go into Settings-Data Management-Website Data-and select each site separately to delete unwanted data. It will only allow me to delete 10 sites at a time. When I click on “show more” it reveals the whole list. However, when I click on one, the list disappears.

Is there any way to save data for certain sites and delete the rest?

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. Mozilla's Android app has extension support but Mozilla's iOS app doesn't, I don't know why, I don't want to use Android, the only feature I miss on Android is this Firefox feature.

I am trying to have my own home page and everytime I set it FireFox reverts to the basic blank screen. I am typing in www.swagbucks.com for the home page and it will stay for a few days then changes back automatically.

My option for night mode to invert the colors for websites has suddenly disappeared from the menu. If I go to settings I can turn on dark mode but it does not work for a lot of websites. How can I get night mode back?

With version 124 of Firefox, the ‘Dark Mode’ theme no longer works. Whether I set the theme to “Use System Light/Dark Mode” or if I manually set the theme to dark, it still always shows ‘light’ mode. FYI, my iPad settings are set to ‘Dark’ mode.

I prefer to read white text on a black background - much easier on the eyes! In earlier releases of Firefox, I was able to enjoy reading stories. Now I must set my iPad (manually whenever I want to use Firefox to read) to ‘Smart Invert’ (which will switch the Firefox window to dark mode), then turn off ‘Smart Invert’ to do anything else on my iPad.

DuckDuckGo is default browser on iOS ad iMac. I want to block any and all Amazon.com results from my searches. How do I do that? If an overall block is not possible, how to I customize a search or the results list to filter out Amazon.com?

Hi all, opening of external links (e.g. out of AppleMail or any other App) is no longer possible since FF version 123.0 (IPhone 6S+ mit IOS 15.8.2, FF is standard-browser). The last weeks I followed the article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1442950) which should be fixed with version 124. Meanwhile I updated to FF version 125.2 but the issue is not solved for me yet. When I click on an external link in AppleMail or other Apps, FF starts and shows the startscreen. Then the screens "flickers" one time but nothing else happens. Because not many users are reporting this issue I think that may be a configuration set on my IPhone is the cause of this and not a bug in FF. Has anyone an idea what can be the issue and how to solve it ?

I'm now very annoyed by this issue and if I don't find a solution soon, I'll install another browser.

A private site that authenticates via user certificates works successfully with Safari, but fails in Firefox iOS (yet works fine in Firefox for Windows) Firefox seems to neither: 1. access user certificates from the iOS Configuration Profile 2. manage certificates in its own store.

On initial load, Safari prompts for which certificate to use, while Firefox displays an NSURLErrorDomain message.

Is there a way to use user certificates in Firefox iOS for authentication (i.e. am I doing something incorrectly)? If not, can such functionality please be added.
