Firefox crashes on startup

When I try to start Firefox in normal or safe mode all I get is the Mozilla Crash reporter telling me there was a problem and Firefox stopped working. Crash ID: bp-6a75fe82-262a-421e-a98d-ec4932130920 I am running WinXP and it and Firefox should be up to date as auto updates. Tried restarting PC. Scanned for virus etc.

Thanks Philipp - Disabling Rapport solved the issue. Now need to get Rapport fixed.
