no, there are none... make sure install to different path...

There are no conflicts if you install multiple browsers to the same computer. You can do that just fine.

Note that only one browser can be set as the default browser that is used when you click a link in an external (e-mail) program, so you need to decide which browser that will be. Firefox will ask this on the first start.
