My font & page size is SUPER HUGE and I didn't change anything. I tried a system restore, but the pages are still MR. MAGOO sized How do I fix this?

I was surfing around on eBay, when suddenly my screen morphed from the size it's always been at to SUPER HUGE. And I did NOT change any settings. I tried a system restore, and the pages on eBay are still Mr. Magoo sized. I have no idea how or why this happened, and I just want to get back the sizing settings I had before. PLEASE HELP!

Did I mention that of all the sites I visit/surf each day, eBAY is THE ONLY site that I have this issue on? I've followed their instructions (lame as they were) about clicking on the magnifying glass or % sign at the very bottom right, and after telling them half a dozen times that there was NOT any such a thing at the very bottom of the page, their suggestion was that I call the company I purchased the computer from. LOL. I bought this computer YEARS AGO ON EBAY!!!!!
