Need to reinstall, but can't get on internet to try.....

I click on Mozilla icon to get on internet, and i get this error message:

XUL Runner: Error Platform 1.9.2.12 is not compatible 1.9.2.13.... I googled a fix, and it says to reinstall Mozilla, and it should be fine...

Only problem is that i don't have IE, and Mozilla was the only way i was able to get online. If I can't get on internet to go to site to do the fix, is there any other way i can do this?
