Need help recovering or signing into main account

I ran a program on my mac (https://kevin-de-koninck.github.io/Clean-Me/) without the "User Preferences" option and it still signed me out of my Firefox account .Usually shouldn't be a big deal but somehow my Lastpass account doesn't have the password saved (which I use to login to getpocket.com every day, so I literally don't understand what is going on with it not being in there) so I can't login to it. It's the main account, and I can login to my other accounts attached to it, but I get the error "login with main account" after I sign in successfully.

So, I can't login to my main account (main@example.com) but I can login to my attached account (not_main@example.com). Also, on my phone i am logged into main@example.com, but I can't change the password without knowing the password. And if I change the password to main@example.com it will reset my account which I really don't want as I have years and years of bookmarks and history on there.

Can anyone help? Please, and thanks in advance.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your main Firefox account after running that program. It sounds like the program might have cleared some of your browser data, which could be causing the issue. To start, I'd recommend trying a couple of things. First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. This might help refresh your session. If that doesn't work, you can attempt a password reset for your main account. Although you're worried about losing your bookmarks and history, resetting your password shouldn't affect that data. Your browsing data is usually tied to your profile, not your account password. Give those steps a shot, and hopefully, you'll regain access to your main account. If you're still having issues, don't hesitate to reach out for further assistance.
