tries to add new contact where it said write and file in upper tool or menu bar very time I get an error I uninstalled Thunderbird from control panel reinstalled change my password and tried add a contact still can not do it from contact list an the write and file . have a screen shot to show you please tell me what to do do i need to make a new profile and lose my address book if i make a new profile i will lose my addressbook
