I am sorry this happened! When registering for Mozilla VPN you have to enter an existing email address, we are sorry for the confusion. We are currently working on making this flow better.

I have cancelled and refunded you the money for the subscription you have created with the wrong email address mentioned. Please alllow 5 -10 business days until the money reflects back in your account.

Please don't share any personal information on public forums, even if the email address does not exist. I have therefore edited your original question and deleted the email address mentioned.
