When I sent tab from Firefox Preview to my laptop, I didn't receive it there the next day when turned my laptop on. I had to go to history of other devices and find out myself.

Are you signed into the same Firefox Account on both devices?

I have just tried this myself using the Nightly version of Firefox Preview and it worked really quickly.

Yes, I am that's why I could see the tab in the history and open it. Could you Try with regular FF preview.
