When a messge is deleted I want it to go to TRASH and it doesn't. How do I make it happen.

There are 2 trash folders in my e-mail but when I delete a message it does not go to either of them. I have lost some important messages. How do I fix it?? I saw that others have the same problem, but do not see a resolution.

In order for us to better investigate this issue you need to add a little more non-personal information.
