Cannot advance to next picture on Browser page in Firefox.
When accessing a page with multiple pictures I cannot advance to the next picture when I click the arrow to advance; how do I do this? If I launch the same page in IE it works. Whats up?
Try this link in both Browsers http://www.techrepublic.com/pictures/screenshots-windows-10-starts-to-take-shape-as-it-nears-release/3/?ab=layout_change_1694%3A1%3Acontrol&%3Bftag=TRE001a825&%3Bs_cid=e004&%3Btag=nl.e004&%3Bttag=e004
Note my Firefox is up to date.

I use the NoScript extension, so many tracking site scripts do not run. In this slideshow, it seems that the scripts from Omniture (Wikipedia page) are required in order to navigate (see the attached screen shot). I didn't have the patience to track down exactly which sites needs to be allowed to get it to work, but after allowing about a dozen and reloading with Ctrl+Shift+r the buttons worked.
Since you use the Ghostery extension, I suspect that is blocking Omniture, but I haven't tested your setup. Is there a way to temporarily or partially suspend Ghostery for testing?
Yes when I Disabled Ghostry the problem went away. Is there a way that I can track down all the trackers / scripts so you do not have to do it?
Does Ghostery have a support site? I think they should take a look at that page and figure out the best approach so you can get the most benefit out of their add-on. Unless you're a programmer, I don't think either of us is going to be able to get to that answer very quickly.
