That message will be from your mail provider, not Mozilla.
Note that mozilla does not have a phone number and would never charge for services, if there is a page that says so, its a lie.
If they don't have a phone number, how can I get help from them?
Then they should have a support site similar to this one. What email provider is this (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo?).
