I cannot stop a site from re-opening after I close it
When I browse sometimes an sex site pops up showing a decent looking girl asking me if I want to talk dirty. If I say NO and close the window it instantly pops up again asking me the same question. Clearly this is not a person but a computer who doesn't understand the word 'NO'. No matter what I can't keep the window from popping up again and again. Even after I've cleared all my cookies

Most likely your system has been infected by some malware/virus/adware.
