cannot connect to wifi

Hi, Need help - I have 3broadband mobile on a dongle, firefox connected fine. But when changed to 3 mobile WiFi, firefox cannot connect to the system. Other laptops with firefox connects no problem - is there a setting I must change? Internet Explorer on same laptop connects no prob. Many thanks, JacqK

-> go to Tools Menu -> Options -> Advanced -> Network -> click Settings... button

  • Now Configure Network Settings in Firefox as they are set in your Internet Explorer
  • OR select option n and check which one works -> n=1 or 2 or 3

Check and tell if its working.
