I installed release version over ESR version, nad my account is migrated from EWS to MS Graph AND all pre-graph messages are indexed but unretrievable? please confirm - UNBELIEVABLE!
My question can suffice. Once I installed Thunderbird release over the Thunderbird ESR, I have very slow or no access to messages sent before my account was converted to Graph. Confirm?

Thunderbird does not support migration between account types, so if you started with an EWS account and you're using the same profile that you were using on ESR, the account is still an EWS account. Can you look at the server settings and verify that the account is actually a graph account? Or is it still the original EWS account? If it's a graph account, then is it possible you created a new account in a new profile when you changed channels?
