I am trying to create a Netzero accunt. I am configuring it correctly but when I try to log in I keep getting an authentication error.

Maybe if you post your server settings pane and SMTP server settings pane, some suggestions may be offered.

I got it working. It turns out that I had left out a letter when I typed in my email address. My messages downloaded but my files didn't. They also didn't download to my phone app.
