Sports widget: World Cup, Cricket, Foot Ball, Tennis? Can we should which sport?
The new feature Sports Widget is too generic does not even state what sports which game is it. Each individual will always have his/her preferred sports they follow so this needs a lot of improvements.

Hi,
The widget tracks FIFA World Cup 2026 (football), and is currently limited to it.
That makes sense. Limiting the widget to the FIFA World Cup explains why it doesn't offer much variety right now. Still, I think giving users the option to choose their preferred sports would make it considerably more useful beyond the current tournament. Hopefully, Mozilla considers expanding this feature in a future update.
