Why are you blocking my e-mail?
My name is Susan and my ph # is [edited from public community support forum]. Thanks to you I now have no e-mail. You have totally blocked me...you will not accept my old password and not let me put in a new one!! This is very careless of you since I happen to be one of the '3%' who actually contribute to you. I am very angry.

I understand your frustration, but Thunderbird cannot block. Any messages you receive are from your email provider delivered via Thunderbird. Possibly, if you post a screenshot of your incoming server settings pane, someone here can assist. Thank you for your patience and for your donation.
