Set up another Email address
Hello, I have been with Thunderbird for many years and my email address is brian@briancollings.plus.com. I have been have trouble with my PC and have had to re-install THunderbird. This is now up and running and my old emails had been restored. However, I have another eamil adress related to my daughter's business. It is jewelinthecrown@briancollings.plus.com. When I try to add this address I get a message saying does not recognise the settings. Can you help please. Kind regards Brian

The setup should be exactly like yours, other than email address. Please post screenshot of where you encounter problem, plus exact text of the error message. Thanks.
Thank you David Don't know how to send screen shop. I print screen onto Word Document copy but t won't paste. Message says "Thunderbird failed to find settings for you emails account" , even though I had only just recovered it afater PC problems. Brian
There is a neat little FREE screenshot utility at this URL: bluefive dot pair dot com. It can create a screenshot into a jpg file that can be uploaded. Do that for the setup screen where error appears.
